We cannot accept change of mind returns on sale items.

If you need to cancel your order before it has been delivered, please contact us by email or through our contact form. Each enquiry will be treated individually, depending on how far we have processed your order.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us by email or our contact form within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a refund, exchange or replacement. For change of mind returns, products must be unused and in their original packaging. For change of mind returns, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

If the item you have received is damaged or faulty, please contact us by email or our contact form as soon as practically possible for us to evaluate and make amends.

Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and have funds returned to your account.
